Tarragon Buttermilk Caesar Dressing

A creamy twist on the classic Caesar dressing and also does well as a spread for sandwiches and burgers.

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 anchovy fillets

In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.  Refrigerate until needed.
