Roquefort Dijon Dipping Sauce

Superb with Roasted Tater Chips or Beef Fondue.

For one-half cup:

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 1 teaspoon country style Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped flat leaf parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
