Olive Salsa

A fabulous addition to any sandwich or when mixed with cream cheese for a schmear.

Makes 2 ½ cups:

  • ½ cup chopped green olives
  • ½ cup chopped black olives
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped red Bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped pickled jalapeno pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir gently.  Cover and refrigerate.
